creative director
Felton Brown is a Brooklyn-born brand and cultural creative leader working at the intersection of music, experience, partnerships, and storytelling.
Over the past decade, Felton has helped transform Dreamville from a record label into a globally recognized cultural platform spanning albums, live experiences, festival, merchandise, documentaries, and brand collaborations. His work is rooted in building ecosystems where artists, brands, and communities connect in ways that feel authentic, not transactional.
With a foundation in advertising at mcgarrybowen and McCann, and award-winning brand work at Taylor, Felton brings a rare perspective: the ability to translate cultural intuition into brand relevance. He understands how to move beyond campaigns and create platforms, moments, and partnerships that audiences genuinely care about.
Felton has collaborated with artists including J. Cole, Ari Lennox, J.I.D, and others, while also leading culturally driven initiatives for brands such as Crown Royal, Smirnoff, Chase, Puma, and more. His work has been recognized by the Shorty Awards, Anthem Awards, Clio Sports, and Billboard.
Beyond his professional work, Felton is committed to mentorship and community engagement through his leadership with The BKLYN Combine, supporting the next generation of creatives and entrepreneurs.
Felton’s work lives where culture, creativity, and brand meet — not as advertising, but as experience.
